Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, returns are subject to the following conditions.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Eligible unopened products may be returned if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must remain unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return once a protective or hygiene seal has been opened or broken.

Please contact us before returning any order. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other agreed resolution.

Reporting an issue outside 48 hours does not affect your statutory rights.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be stopped in transit. However, eligible unopened and sealed products may still be returned in accordance with the conditions above.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. During periods of exceptionally high demand, dispatch may occasionally be delayed due to restocking. Should this occur, you will be notified promptly by email.

United Kingdom

All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24® services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive full tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package from dispatch through to delivery.

Most UK orders arrive within 1–2 working days, although delivery times may vary depending on your location and Royal Mail service conditions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide on a daily basis and regularly send orders to customers throughout Europe, America, Australia, and many other countries worldwide.

All international orders are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked® services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive full tracking details, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.

• Canada: 7–14 working days
• Europe: 5–10 working days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 working days

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is important to us. Every order is shipped in plain, discreet, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents or company name visible on the outside.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and shipping confirmation, allowing you to track your package from dispatch to delivery.

PO Boxes & Collection Points

We can deliver to most PO Boxes, parcel collection lockers, and collection points where Royal Mail services are accepted.

If you would prefer your order to be delivered to a collection point or locker for added privacy and convenience, simply enter the collection address during checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched and you have received your tracking number, you may also be able to redirect your parcel or arrange delivery to an alternative address, safe place, neighbour, or collection point using Royal Mail's delivery management services, subject to availability in your area.

Please note that redirection options are provided by Royal Mail and may vary depending on the destination, service used, and local delivery conditions.
