For hygiene, safety, and customer protection reasons, we cannot accept returns once items have left our premises "Been Despatched"

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard returns policy.
